Addressing his fellow Indians from the Red Fort on 15th August 2014 the Prime Minister called for replacing the Planning Commission with another Institution that is in sync with the modern times and most importantly in sync with the aspirations of 21st century India. The Prime Minister also emphasized on the important role the states have to play in taking the nation forward.

This forum invites your innovative ideas on what shape will this proposed institution take in terms of structure, composition and area of functioning. Another area of focus that requires your inputs is how this proposed institution can enhance Centre-State coordination and thus become a true celebration of India’s Federal Structure.

I requesting to you that there is requirement of reformation of law and especially sec.77 of Indian Penal Code and u/s 197 of Criminal Procedure Code.

We can form any type of office, then who any employee who work better in said office in first 3 or 5 years, then we can stabilize him on suitable government job permanently, in the said office we impose restriction that if any one employee has does dereliction of official duty then he will be bar from any government or private job.

a nation will be developing, no country can declare developed literally speaking,at every instance its ultimate aim is to develop further from the state what it is ,,,so national development commission will be a perfect body to replace this planing commission,,

Now a days engineering is loosing its value.Everybody is doing engineering there's no good quality of engineers in India.I am not speaking of IIT.I am speaking of normal engineering colleges.why cant private colleges compete with IIT'ians?? for that we need to change the engineering syllabus,policies.Compared to japan,Usa,germany,sween,russia,etc we are lagging behind.That too with huge gap between us an other countries.Please do make changes in education.

Ashok Shukla Reduce plan period 5 yrs to 3 yrs. & call it 'Central Planning Council'. Establish linkages in central govt planning and state govt plans for inclusive growth. Experts from private /public /Academicians in India /abroad should be involved to harness best talents. RBI and similar institutions to involve in formulation. Speed in decision and implementation is the key to success.

in all committees/ sub committees representatives from security, environment and computer tech should be included. no new areas should be declared forest land and the forest laws of erstwhile states and british period should be updated for uniformity.
