Addressing his fellow Indians from the Red Fort on 15th August 2014 the Prime Minister called for replacing the Planning Commission with another Institution that is in sync with the modern times and most importantly in sync with the aspirations of 21st century India. The Prime Minister also emphasized on the important role the states have to play in taking the nation forward.

This forum invites your innovative ideas on what shape will this proposed institution take in terms of structure, composition and area of functioning. Another area of focus that requires your inputs is how this proposed institution can enhance Centre-State coordination and thus become a true celebration of India’s Federal Structure.

Indian industries is classified under various sectors i.e. Coal Sector , Steel Sector ,Oil Sector,Fertilizer Sector but one thing is common that the workers of all these sectors work for a common cause and that is growth and generate revenue. we have different pay packages for these various sectors, where as irrespective of the Sector there should be two pay scales one for the Technical & Non Technical Group .

Employment is a big problem in this Country , many children work in call centres to support their education , similarly hospitals, continous process industry workers have to work in night shifts, over a period this takes it toll on Health (blood pressure & diabeties), by the time a worker retires his life savings are spend on medication, Will the Modi government acknowledge our difficulties and start the 5 day week pattern for the shift workers ?

The first thing that needs to be done to improve the conditions of roads and public places is to provide shelter homes to the migrant workers and beggars, with basic amenities of food and toilets. This to begin with will solve the problems of open deification, and the foot paths can then be used as footpaths. secondly the footpaths should be broadened, and proper parking spaces should be provided in by lanes and other open ares, such that cluttering of the main streets stop.

Is laying roads a difficult task ? In Mumbai the scenario is so bad that if we chip off the edges of the pot holes at least we will have a flat surface, fuel is wasted and atmosphere polluted, paver blocks add to the woes of the commuters , the prevailing L1 system in Tendering must go rather than compromising , raise the standards in selecting Vendors/contractors and expectations from them should be raised, departmental supervision should be made compulsory.

sir yesterday on teachers day you said India needs skill development I've an idea for it sir you can order the local government bodies to pick the students from slums , from villages and then provide them with excellent training and develop skill in them. If this happens two types of job will emerge 1st will those who get training and the second will be those who get training.Sir please ponder on this topic

Large percentage of Telephone users are fed up with complaint handled by their respective service providers. In my view it is only because TRAI has not Created an Ombudsman like BANKS and INSURANCE.My experience says that once you mark copy to OMBUDSMAN they immediately not only attend the complaint but short out issues in favor of customer. Why not have similarly OMBUDSMAN for telephone industry? TRAI must consider immediately.
