sir parking facility in a city like bombay where space is a big issue for these area parkings should be undergrounds with fulfillment of all Norma.
there should be parking lots under all parks in the city by the help of boring/drilling machines without disturbing the actual area of the park. like in underground metro in various areas of the world.

Reduced use of private vehicles. Cars and other private vehicles may be except two wheelers should be banned in the busy roads. This ensures free flow of traffic. Parking provisions may be given at regular intervals in the normal roads.

WE can adopt the effective Brazilian policy of priority to Public Transport. That also is motivated to achieve Environmental cleanliness. For a City like Mumbai were rapid addition of Platforms & local Trains do not Suffice. It is safe to reduce Adoption of Facilities & plans that only Aggravate the Usages of more & more Pollution causing Vehicles & private mobilities & MORE Parking plots. That will never Entirely Solve anything over anytime.
