A Centralized portal for the Government Organisations/Institutions/Ministries for purchase of goods, materials, stationary etc may be created and each and every item is compared to the e-commerce sites in real time. Also if any material/scrap/surplus items are available in an organisation the same may be displayed with photo and description so that it may be useful for other government offices/Ministries/Organisations..re-usability of some of the scrap may be helpful rather than going for purchase

Respected Finance Minister,
I request you to allow expenses incurred on technical courses/certification/degree pursued by an employee (for the enhancement of his/her technical skills during the course of his employment) as tax deductible (in the similar way as we have medical bill reimbursement/sodexo meal etc.)

Senior Citizens Age 85+ yrs without any children have to go undergo harrowing time after selling of their house after health complications and no one to take care of them in the long run. They have stay in old age homes .Our tax system calls for investing in capital bonds if they do not purchase a house.it is very difficult for them to run around banks for investments and very difficult to sustain. My suggestion is that relief can be given to them in the budget.

Increase the tax on sc/st/obc who have taken the benefit in securing job through reservation as it would help the nation to eliminate the reservation in a better way.By increasing this either the govt revenue will increase or the rate of reservation will come down.
