To encourage JAN BHAGIDARI and to make the procedure of budget formation transparent, the Union Ministry of Finance has decided to invite suggestions for Union Budget 2017-18. As you may recall, this has been a regular feature on MyGov for the last two years.

Citizen from all walks of life are welcome to be a part of the budget making process. You can submit your suggestions either directly in the comments box or attach a PDF document.

Last year we had an overwhelming response with over 40,000+ suggestions for Union/ Railway budget. Several of the suggestions received on MyGov were incorporated in the last year’s budget. To know more about these, click here.

We seek your valuable ideas to continue the tradition of the Union Budget incorporating the citizens’ aspirations. The last date for submissions on this forum is 20th January, 2017.

Please introduce a scheme for all hawkers to upgrade to permanent business establishments. It will clear roads and income will be reported by online transactions. No eateries should be allowed to cook on the roads and hawking should be stopped after upgradtion.

Take care of small investors in share bazar to beat China as a manufacturing hub. 50% of profits should be distributed as dividend compulsory. I am in favor of demonetization. if you say it is for the black money ... than i suggest one thing " until unless you stop ANGADIA system - you can't control black money... " break the source of transportation and see how economy automatically converts in main stream. if you can stop 500 and 1000 notes than closing angadiya system in not a big deal.

GOVT. SHOULD ANNOUNCE MAXIMUM 25% OF NET SALARY INCOME AN EMPLOYEE CAN EXPENSE THROUGH CASH AND REMAINING 75% OF NET SALARY THROUGH DIGITAL METHOD. IT WILL HELP TO ERADICATE MAXIMUM CORRUPTION. GOVT. CAN ALSO MONITOR THE WHOLE PROCESS IF THE SYSTEM MAY IMPLEMENT. IF 50 LAKH GOVT. EMPLOYEE AND PENSIONERS WILL COME INTO THIS PROCESS THE ENTIRE PICTURE OF CORRUPTION WILL CHANGED. IF DETAILS OF THE PROCESS ARE NEED TO ELABORATE I AM AGREE TO ELABORATE.

IT WILL BE VERY HELPFULL IF CSMA RULES 1944 MERGED WITH CGHS. GOVT. SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION FOR THOSE EMPLOYEES WHOSE ARE WORKING IN THE NON CGHS COVERED AREA. SHOULD ANNOUNCE THE TREATMENT FACILITIES UNDER CGHS PRESCRIBED RATE FOR VARIOUS DISEASES. IT WILL HELP LAKHS OF THE CENTRAL GOVT. EMPLOYEES AND THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS.

श्रीमान, राज्यों के एवं केन्द्र सरकार राजकीय प्रशासनिक (राजपत्रित अधिकारियों) एवं केन्द्रीय प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों को उनके द्वारा किये गये खर्चे को 80 प्रतिशत तक केशलेस करने के आदेश प्रदान किये जावे ताकि वे अधिकतम केशलेस खर्च कर सके एवं यदि वे ऐसा खर्च कर पाते है, तो उनके द्वारा किये गये केशलैस खर्च का 01 प्रतिशत या आधा प्रतिशत केशबैक दिया जावे ताकि उनके द्वारा एक माह में कितना खर्च किया जाता है उसका पता चल सके एवं भ्रष्टाचार मिट सके।
