Use solar panels in all Railway stations to generate the electricity required at the railway station. Also use solar panels along railway line to power the electric engines.

Wind mills are generally situated in the outskirts of small towns. FCI/Govt can construct silo for grain storage with a curved profile to act as wind collector and direct the same to the wind mill. This will increase generation of electricity multi fold due to bernouli effect to justify the construction cost. This will also reduce drastically the grain wastage. To the best of my knowledge, this has not been used so far.

Sir, there are many government schemes that are not notified although they are announced so public is not able to benefit from it. Second there is a need for seriously big VC/PE fund as for those entrepreneurs who are small and does not have enough equity for fields like power and need equity funding with or without debt on repayable basis can set up companies. Current VC/PE funds by government is for specified items/communities only which hampers opportunity for others...cont

Here is a suggestion: (to increase revenue to govt)
For each PAN no./ DP account no. the exchange should generate a statement once a year and post the statement to the investor/trader mentioning the profit/loss made for the year and the tax applicable, Also a TDS say 1% deducted by the exchange and remitted to the govt. This statement may be used by the taxpayer for IT filing instead of the present cumbersome procedure of calculating profit/loss for each trade.

Respected sir,
Most important thing by whom we all are surrounded is EDUCATION except govt. schools all the private institutions or Schools hv a simple aim to generate money named as DONATION. This DONATION is the main prblm by which a common man can't afford their child education. And as a coin hs two faces our govt institutions schools and colleges having tough rules and eligibility criteria.

1.Keep the GST Rate 10% for all goods and services.
2.Keep the rate of petrol and diesel is about Rs. 45/ltr and if want to increase the government revenue then try to do advertisement at petrol pump, lease the government petrol pump space to bank, atm and macdonalds, dominos chain and make sure parking space will be available to all customers and it will be ground+3 floors parking or make a comercial complex of 8floors and give tge space at high price.

I am a seafarer and has to spend 6 months away from home and loved ones to ensure the requisite NRE time. Seafarers should be kept in the exemption list as we are the silent economic face of the world (80% of the world trade is done by sea) however the NRE time limit of 182 days should be reduced to 4-5 months considering the downturn in the world economy. there are lots of job losses and its difficult to complete the seatime as less ships/less jobs and more people for the less no. of jobs.
