Dear Sir, Our Government should initiate steps to form organisation like Green Force with a view to safeguard the environment, persons associated with it like farmers, recyclers, etc, and to provide the better environment to our coming generations. As our nations safety is in hands of our Forces Army, Navy and Air force through our President likewise green force should be handled by respective governors of respective states.

Please do some thing about the school fees in Bangalore and other cities, fees for the 1st class is around 1Lakh in almost all the private schools, On top of it schools increasing fees by 10% every year, What is this nonsense rule to increase every year? The IT should be lesser for a developing country like Bharat. The IT should be group based in my opinion and not slab based. Individual groups should be taxed directly with a FLAT IT Deduction system. The various taxes should all be separate for card/cheque/online-wired payments/earnings and cash payments/earnings. People should be encouraged to transit via card/online transactions. I've tried to suggest a methodology to encourage vast masses into paying the IT via attached file.

Respected dignatories , The problem has been in case of implementation. My suggestion - if possible govt. Can make a department to check the schemes implementation. For higher degree of control govt. May conduct exams for recruitment of good and qualified department staff. The department may be made directly responsible to supreme courtThe department formed so shall submit its monthly reports to the executive or govt. So the know the on field conditions and yearly reports to parliament

Across country all business whether small, medium or big the invoicing should be real time connected to central data server. The trader, manufacturer or service provider should have login credentials provided by revenue dept to generate invoice. This will help to track dummy invoices and in transit fake invoices. Once issued invoice should only be allowed to cancelled after intimation to department. The real time data of revenue collection, sales and purchase figure will be available with govt.

In order to encourage the Tax filed persons/tax payers, they have to be issued a bar coded e-card on their income tax website so they will be using it while crossing the toll gates across National highways without any cost (atleast 12 full(up and down) trips per year).
