Dear sir Poverty alleviation is the mission for the Prime minister and a commitment of the government to the nation. To alleviate poverty the poverty line approach has to be changed to Livelihood life line. The livelihood life line as I indicated earlier will help in providing housing to all, employment, education, health, insurance, agriculture benefits, food security, storage of food. Details may be discussed at any time. The rich and poor divide is widening. The livelihood life line.

Dear sir The poverty line to judge the poverty is the indicator of hunger but not poverty. Poverty line should be changed to Livelihood life line. The lower limit of the livelihood life line must be equal to the per capita income of two persons of the last budget. This means for 2017-18 budget, it must be Rs 2 lakh. The upper limit must be equal to the lowest limit of individual tax payer. This will help all families to get housing, employment, education, health, insurance, agriculture.
