Khaini another form of chewing tobacco is highly consumed in India and it is tax free,it should be taxable which will decrease the consumption and increase the revenue.license should be given to farmers,wholesalers/hire commission agent and retailers.as its rate purchasing and selling price is not fixed so tax should be on per kg basis, according to me excise duty will be the best way to control its production and consumption.

1.RESTRUCTURE THE INCOME TAX . REVISE THE SLABS UPTO 5L NO TAX 5L TO 7L - 10% 7l TO 12l - 20% 12L AND ABOVE 30% 2. IN MOST PART OF THE INDIA THE PUBLIC TRANSPORT COST IS VERY HIGH. incometax should be abolished as service tax is giving enough money as income to govt since it introduced a few year back.otherwise income tax should be levied like professional tax at a minimum percentage,it will add to a great income as lower the tax more the compliance. it will save on tax collection expenditure.10% maximum should be the tax limit.expenditure control is a major source of income hence there should not be any exception to income tax may it be a minister or MP and no subsidy/c

#IndianRailways Introduce Dynamic rake composition instead of fixed number of coaches for trains with lower occupancy level. Bangalore Rajdhani for example, has hundreds of vacant berths for most of the year. Increase number of coaches on demand, as and when tickets are booked. This alone will save a lot of energy and expenses.

Dear Sir, Budget is for increasing of tax revenue for development of India. Just check the maximum rate of individual tax in case of developed countries. Why it is kept at 30% to make richer more rich though we are a developing one? Ten slabs are to be made and max rate of tax should be around 50 to 60% if not more.It will prove PM is pro poor.

1. As per my view, Govt. should think to raise Infrastaructure Development & Maintenance tax on Banking transaction. It will give huge amount of return , that will help to grow in infra. 2. Various industries are set up on Govt alloted land. In return Industries earn a lots. There is no provision to pay appreciation return to Govt, whereas industries earn lots and lots year by year.

Road tax under Motor Vehicles should be linked with usage /mileage instead of capacity of engine. Even people who hardly use their car have to pay same amount of Road tax used frequently by others.
