To encourage JAN BHAGIDARI and to make the procedure of budget formation transparent, the Union Ministry of Finance has decided to invite suggestions for Union Budget 2017-18. As you may recall, this has been a regular feature on MyGov for the last two years.

Citizen from all walks of life are welcome to be a part of the budget making process. You can submit your suggestions either directly in the comments box or attach a PDF document.

Last year we had an overwhelming response with over 40,000+ suggestions for Union/ Railway budget. Several of the suggestions received on MyGov were incorporated in the last year’s budget. To know more about these, click here.

We seek your valuable ideas to continue the tradition of the Union Budget incorporating the citizens’ aspirations. The last date for submissions on this forum is 20th January, 2017.

New Policy Suggestion in Power Sector: New Policy shall be formulated so that consumers can choose to purchase power from producers of eco-friendly sources such as Hydro, Wind and Solar. The policy shall act as deterrent to consume power produced from fossil fuels and shall encourage the power producing companies to "go green".

सादर धन्यवाद नोटबंदी के फैसले का नमन, देश और गरीब लोगो के विकास की बात है कई ऐसे क्षेत्र है जहाॅ कार्य करने की जरूरत है सबसे पहले तो सरकारी कर्मचारियों के रिटायरमेंट की उम्र को अधिकतम उम्र 55 या 30 वर्ष की सेवा करना चाहिए ये पूरे देश में लागू हो। इससे नये युवाओ हुनर को सरकारी कार्यो मं उपयोग किया जा सकेगा। कृषि के विकास हेतु प्रशासनिक सेवा की तर्ज पर कृषिसेवा प्रारंभ कर कृषि के उच्चपदो को कृषिस्नातको से भरे जाए जिससे कृषि के विकास में नये आयामों को छूकर किसानों का विकास हो सकें।

New Policy in Aviation Sector: Suggestion 1. An independent "regulatory body" for aviation sector shall be formed in this Union Budget to regulate domestic and international airfares, service quality standards in peak seasons. Suggestion 2. Policies to make AIR INDIA more competitive shall be made in domestic and international markets.

Budget and national planning of citizen very crucial for digital economy prior to GST implementation.To educate and social responsibility of tax collections, e-filining, respective income, expense, book keeping net worth of an individual is very important.Social fund allocation to enhance such knowledge minimize gap for such efforts.Tax-1, Tax-2, Tax-3, Tax-4 matters lot when we claims for it.Also the receipt obtained from purchase as a document to keep such claims.education expense bills kept

Gatbandhan between Sp and congress will not work in UP because of anti incumbency factor. In Bihar there were good Image of JDU .So Gatbandhan is a Hot(kari) bandhan

1-पूरे बजट का 10% शिक्षा पर एवं 10% कानून व्यवस्था हेतु दृढ़ता से सुरक्षित किया जाय । 2-संघीय पुलिस बल के नयी योजना को अमल मे लाया जाय । सभी राज्य पुलिस बल मे अधिकतम 15% हिस्सा अन्य राज्यों के पुलिस का हो । इस संघीय पुलिस के जिम्मे ही रेल , संचार , आदि केंद्रीय सेवाओं को लाया जाय । केंद्रीय अदर्ध्ह सैनिक बलों पर राज्यों की निर्भरता कम हो । इस कार्य हेतु अधिकतम बजट की व्यवस्था हो । 3-लोक अदालतों और मध्यस्थ अदालतों को हर ब्लाक पर स्थापित कराया जाय ।

All across the table assessments should be scrapped.It is a big area of corruption .An e portal should be created and six months time should be given to upload the data and assessment should be e assessment and only to the point. No revenue is added to the Govt treasury only litigations

All senior citizens having no taxable income but TDS has been deducted ,should be allowed to file E -Return for last 5 years and claim refund.Lot of difficulties are faced by senior citizens for non submission of form 15G/H
