1. There are numerous small and medium shopkeepers in our country who do not pay taxes. Launch a scheme " Voluntary IT submission " in which a shopkeeper will pay Rs 300 , Rs 200 or even Rs 100 IT a year voluntarily. If there are 10000000 shopkeepers who can pay but do not pay IT , then if average of Rs 150 is recovered from them , then Rs 1500000000 can be recovered per year. This is the money is not paid to the Govt earlier. If a shopkeeper has his own shop, the IT may be upto Rs 500.

After successful demonetisation 1. Gov. should give full tax rebate on cashlesh transections 2. IT should be in a decreasing slab just like higher the turnover lesser is the profit in this way a man would like to go in higher tax slab rather keeing in lower tax slab and then try to generate cash 3. Gov should also think of giving rebate in medical expense which is going very high especially in pvt sector.

On the lines of smart city mission the Government can consider smart police mission where smart world class technologies can be made available to the police force so as to increase its efficiency. The focus areas of this budget should be cleansing of our polluted water bodies which is a prime natural resource and it can generate revenue by way of tourism.

1.) Petrol prices should be lowered and government should start investing and encouraging people on using Green Energy. 2.) Alcohol should be banned all over the states especially Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Delhi, Punjab. 3.) Impose heavy punnishment on drug sellers selling weed, marijuana etc. Police should get alert about these goons. They have ruined the academic culture of thousands of colleges in India.

pls make Aadhar card as common identity, I suggest we need to attached aadhar cardt to all existing pan card, driving license, and passport, so that, each entry can be identify, What we have done with Gas subsidy and credit directly in bank in the same way we have to do with pan card, I suggest minor change in design of pan which also include aadhar card number. it will be good because if we change our in aadhar card or pan card address it will get reflected in all.

Union budget 2017-18 should be centric on farmers and below poverty line segment of the Indian population various measures should be introduced related to agriculture and allied sector reforms. Agriculture base skill development programmes may be introduced. There is a strong requirement of reforms in cooperative sector for protecting and developing the farmers and poor's through cooperative credit in India these reforms should focused on agriculture based rural economy development.
