To encourage JAN BHAGIDARI and to make the procedure of budget formation transparent, the Union Ministry of Finance has decided to invite suggestions for Union Budget 2017-18. As you may recall, this has been a regular feature on MyGov for the last two years.

Citizen from all walks of life are welcome to be a part of the budget making process. You can submit your suggestions either directly in the comments box or attach a PDF document.

Last year we had an overwhelming response with over 40,000+ suggestions for Union/ Railway budget. Several of the suggestions received on MyGov were incorporated in the last year’s budget. To know more about these, click here.

We seek your valuable ideas to continue the tradition of the Union Budget incorporating the citizens’ aspirations. The last date for submissions on this forum is 20th January, 2017.

महाशय मेरा सुझाव होगा सभी प्रकार के return फाइलिंग को बंद करना चाहिए कम से कम छोटे कारोबारियों के लिए return फाइल से मुक्ति का प्रावधान कारण चाहिए सभी सोर्स पर ही टैक्स की कटौती कर लेनी चाहिए और उसपर सीधे ऑनलाइन return जेनरेट हो जाये यदि किसी को रिफंड की आवश्यकता हो तो वे निश्चित अवधि में क्लेम कर सकते हो इससे लोगो को मानसिक राहत होगा और इसमें ब्याप्त भ्रष्टाचार पर रोक लगेगी

One of the main reason behind high prices in commodities is high rent of buildings. Most of the shops, hotels etc runs in rental buildings. Hike in rent waves a way to rise in prices. Therefore, rent of the building for commercial purposes may be fixed a suitable way in accordance with cost of the building.

1. current Efforts for cashless transactions are not so much fruitful. More efforts is required. Aadhar based payment system should made popular as soon as possible. Some enforcement is also required to increase cashless transactions. 2. New Diesle cars should be banned to sale.

As farmers are the back bone of this country, a farmer commission should be constituted.Farmer should be provided with a good minimum support price and should be enhanced as per the enhancement of D.A. for central Govt. employee.A good number of food processing unit and storage unit should be set up by Govt to store the crop, by which farmer would get best price for their food product.

We come across the news through print media and electronic media that large section of public are not getting safe drinking water and women travel a long distance to carry drinking water. Kindly provide adequate budget for safe drinking water for all so that there should be no problem of safe drinking water after 2017.

My Submission: 1. Lower the tax to below the rate at which people evade it. 2. Remove paper currency completely, give mobile phone free to those who cannot affoard it. 3. Allow all payments through a govt app called "Fully Compliant" which ensures that all statutory compliances are taken care of automatically including accounting & inventory, tax payment etc, no further assessments, audits, scrutinies, litigations. 4. Make rules understandable by common man, rather than experts.

नमस्ते, एक काम जरुर करिए बचत को बढ़ावा देने के लिए ब्याज दर बढ़ाइए और KVP व NSC के ब्याज को करमुक्त करिए। जिससे लोग गलत कामों में पैसा न लगाएं और इससे सरकार का राजस्व भी बढ़ेगा।

अधिक टैक्स दरों के कारण ग्राहक बिल नहीं लेता।बड़े ब्रांड तो मजबूरी में खरीद लिए जाते हैं,लेकिन लघु/सूक्ष्म उद्योगों के उत्पाद व्यापारी बिल पर नहीं लेते। उद्यमी बाध्य हो गया है,या तो वो काम बन्द कर दे या फिर मेहनत की कमाई को काला धन बना ले।लघु उद्योग सर्वाधिक रोजगार देते हैं। आज मरणासन्न हैं।टैक्स दरों को कम किये बिना कालेधन से लड़ाई की बात बेमानी है।अर्थ क्रांति प्रस्ताव लागू कर दीजिये।सरकार को पूरा राजस्व और नागरिकों को राहत मिल जायेगी, नहीं तो लघु उद्योग तो बन्द हो ही जायेंगे।
