Kindly make all property transaction registration online. Present documentation can be made simple with standard forms with Aaadhar authentication by parties. All payment transactions have to be only in digital mode. Human interface in the registration process is responsible for corruption, under valuation and generation of black money. Benami transactions can be immensely reduced and if easily any transaction can be seen by any member of the public as in the case of a patent, ills will vanish.

Senior citizens need to have saving options as most banks and other institutions do not offer life insurance after 65 years of age,we need to have special facility to travel to kashi, prayag, dwaraka by railways sponsered by govt through our pensions like haj allowances.

Focus on #Agriculture sector Create a better flatform for Farmers to trade their products, minimum wages should be paid, it should be profitable then only we can save farmers or else in future we won't see farmers as already suicides at it peaks Create a schedule for what are the crops to harvested for a year, in which parts of the country so that excess production of particular crop won't happen, in the same way shortage & excess demand for another crop won't happen Save them

Sir,I request you to remove vitta rahit shiksha niti in all states. Grants provided by State government to all such schools and colleges does not meet the need of hundreds of such institutions.Govt should think about one India - uniform education policy. Infrastructures engaged in such institutes cost thousands of crores managed by governing committees. Students enrolled in lakhs with meagre govt facilities. Most of them belongs to poor sections of societies including sc,st and Obcs. Thanks.

We senior retired citizens from non government organization have been suffering from price rise, fall in bank interests, no DA, no rise in our meagre pension. I would like to request to FM to keep in mind the following: 1) Senior citizens who have FD in public sector Bank for 10 years may be renewed at the same rate for another 5 to 10 years on expiry. The interest from these deposits be made TAX free. 2) Exemption for handicap dependent must be increased to 2 Lakh.

#Budget 2017 (Set two) 1. Post TDS / tax, savings derived from salary income, if invested in Bank FDRs etc. should not be taxed any further. For e.g. Interest earned on FDR amount should not be taxed. FDR amount here is connected with net salaried after tax income. It will be a good relief for salaried class, including government employees. Best regards, Rajkaran Singh Bhatti Chandigarh 9780005656
