To encourage JAN BHAGIDARI and to make the procedure of budget formation transparent, the Union Ministry of Finance has decided to invite suggestions for Union Budget 2017-18. As you may recall, this has been a regular feature on MyGov for the last two years.

Citizen from all walks of life are welcome to be a part of the budget making process. You can submit your suggestions either directly in the comments box or attach a PDF document.

Last year we had an overwhelming response with over 40,000+ suggestions for Union/ Railway budget. Several of the suggestions received on MyGov were incorporated in the last year’s budget. To know more about these, click here.

We seek your valuable ideas to continue the tradition of the Union Budget incorporating the citizens’ aspirations. The last date for submissions on this forum is 20th January, 2017.

To increase digital transactions 1)Fix cash holding limits(10-20%) of your annual receipts. any extra amount to be taken by govt 2)Cheque bounce should be jailable if not settled in 15 days. 3)All accounts to be opened by AADHAR and PAN must if total transactions above 1 lakh 4)All employers shd do away with opening of new account in bank of their compny account. 5) Limit of number of bank accounts by company and individual 6)road map for decreasing cash transaction limit

I am sharing with you very small hint of my futuristic plan. I make Combination of the 7 Largest department of India to make them in Digitalization. I make a project to run these all department in success within very short term of like THREE MONTHS Only. Covered Departments are Ecommerce / Banking sector (rural & urban) / Education Department /Small Sector / Medium sector / All Transport (Rail/Bus/Air) / Indian Post office. It is very UNIQUE Project in the World, and world will follow us.

Real Estate- Exemption for Interest on Housing Loan under section 24(b)- Current condition of claiming interest exemption only after getting the possession must be removed and this exemption should be permitted even if the property is under construction. There are so many projects which get delayed beyond the stipulated time frame and genuine buyers miss the opportunity to claim the accumulated interest benefit for no fault of theirs. Hence this request must be considered.

'Gutkha' which is harmful for the health is mostly consumed by younger generations. In order to reduce the consumption of 'gutkha' govt. must put heavy duty on it. Also, govt. must put ban on consumption of 'gutkha' by children of 18yrs and below.

1)Make Calender year the FY and introduce budget on diwali 2)Dont increase slabs, but decrease tax rates in existing slabs 3)Do away with exemptions 4)Roadmap for decreasing tax:GDP 5)more allocation on education and health 6)develop system so that no need to submit investment proof. if exemption are done, thr will be no need. 7)tax on return on investment shd be acc to duration, larger the duration less the tax. pension funds being withdrawn after 65 shd not be taxed

प्रथम वितीय वर्ष 2016-17 में भारत व राजस्थान के कई क्षेत्रो में अत्यधिक बारिश के कारण लगभग सभी क्षेत्रो में सबसे ज्यादा किसानो को नुकसान हुआ है जिनको कर्ज के कारण आत्महत्याये करनी पड़ रही है आप सभी को ज्ञात होगा कि किसान पुरे दिन मेहनत करता है पूरी जी जान लगा देता है लेकिन उसको मिलता क्या है कुछ नही मोसमी आपदा के कारण उसकी इतनी मेहनत बेकार चली जाती है वैसा ही इस वर्ष हुआ है अतः निवेदन है की इस बजट में किसानो के सारे ऋण माफ़ किये जावे | आदर सहित धन्यवाद भागीरथ वैष्णव

For Railways. 1. The ongoing railway projects more than 10 years should be completed very soon. 2. Railway signaling system is very week, It should be improved. 3. Feedback System should be sent to every passenger after train reached its destination, on mobile number. 4. Char Dham train should be started as soon as possible. All trains passes through Kasi that is Varanasi. Means There will be a link of Vadrinath,Varanasi, Dwarka, Puri & Rameshwaram.

Please allow Discounted travel to senior citizens in suburban trains also. At present, the discount is available for long journey trains.
