TDS deducted but not deposited fully timely and correctly to the IT dept. by the Deductor, despite repeated reminders/requests, year after year. What is the remedy for the deductee ? As the deducted TDS is not credited to the account of the deductee, he has to pay double tax. Please make an end to this. At least establish a complaint site for TDS default in IT website.

In order to encourage online and distance education, please exempt any service tax on any type of education or training offered through the online mode by any entity. Also dont put any tax on e-books,mutimedia educational material and all similar content developed and sold in India. There is no tax on books so please don't impose any tax on e-books and multimedia material developed in India. For GST for turn over less than 1.5 crores let central government do the collection of tax & give to states

Primary and Secondary Education should be given enough due. We are building new IIMs and IITs, they cater to minimal percentage of students. These IIMs and IITs should start working in collaboration with State Universities and revamp syllabus and orient it more toward industrial requirements. We do not need to create leader from every individual, we should build enough workforce, who are inclined to learn and build a successful career. A budget to work on this would be my priority.

Please verify Oxfam's reports that 1% of richest Indians own 58% of Total wealth in India. If so our Taxation system has been simply ineffective.Even after 70 years,we are not able to achieve the directive principles of the constitution to prevent concentration of wealth. In every field there is vast disparity in the income levels of citizens. Please take Income Taxation measures to prevent concentration of wealth by imposing limits on managerial remuneration and Super Rich Taxes in 2017 Budget

http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/economy/indicators/richest-1-own-58-of-total-wealth-in-india-oxfam/articleshow/56585720.cms
Please find the report in the above link which states that the richest 1% of Indians own 58% of total wealth in India. Please verify if the above statement is correct, if correct , please increase in 2017 budget the Income Tax percentage which can go upto 80% for the Super rich, to ensure prevention of concentration of wealth as per constitutional directives
