Govt. has to ensure that each and every Indian citizen should be issued Aadhar card. It should be magnetically-nano technology chip contained, containing all information. It should be replaced with Voter card, Ration card, Income card, caste, date of birth, PAN card etc., to enable the citizen to carry only Aadhaar card, which may used as proof of residence, income, cast and other evidence. It will be valid in through out India. Then Supreme Court also appprove linking of Aadhaar to all schemes.

Namaskar sir, nanotechnology are highly used in Japan and china. By the use of nano particles we make solar cell of good efficiency and highly used in medical sector, but in India this technology is not in used practically, only theoritically discussion. In rajasthan there are some university are trying to open nanotech branch but without practicals it is totally failed, so for get good technology in India first of all make guidelines to all technical university about practicles.
