We bring to you this wonderful news that our city-Pasighat has been selected under 23 fast track cities by Govt. of India and we need to submit the revised plan by 15th April 2016. As we know that we worked very hard in our previous attempt however unfortunately we missed coming in the first 20 list of cities and finished at 39th rank - missing by just 3 points. Let us take this as a positive feedback that we were very close to winning it and were far ahead of many other big cities.

Looking ahead, we need to work on the gaps identified by Govt. of India to revamp the proposal. One of the key weaknesses identified is SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threat) analysis. Here, specifically, Weakness and Threat needs to be more elaborate. We have uploaded a discussion page on mygov portal about this aspect of proposal and need support of people of Pasighat to come up in big numbers and contribute towards this discussion. Let’s brace up for this challenge and work with renewed and reinvigorated spirit in the direction of making Pasighat a smart city.

In the areas that adjoin of “pane Korong” and taking out some portion of “ air field” near (TVS) dealers so, that every citizen of pasighat who own a vehicles should be restricted to parked in that particular places. Mean while market and parking places is not too far away. Everyone can be peddles by means of exercise

Trekking through the dense woods and forests from Pasighat to Yinkiong to Komsing - the historic sight where Neol Willimson was buried after being killed by the Adis - is unforgettable experience for the trekkers. One can have the pleasure of seeing a variety of beautiful birds and a variety of vegetation not found in other parts.

E-Governance will synonymous to Good governance. So as per as possible all the office activities are made computerized. Public participation will also boost success of e-governance. If possible maintaining of online payment of electricity, telephone, water, etc should be allowed to be handled with partnership with private.

It is assured pipeline of water supply and potable water is not beyond reach with proper planning and technology by virtue of gods nature gift of resources hydel and micro-hydel can be the major power provide in solving the frequent electricity problem in the township and peripherals.

To bring E-Governance in a Health department, patient tracking system should be installed and record on daily basis especially in General hospital Pasighat as the flagship programme and thereafter to whole of the State to keep up health of the citizen. It will not be a complicated problem after introduction of based web application.

STREET LIGHT IN MANY AREA ARE NOT WORKING SMALL LANE ARE ALSO NOT CLEAN AS MANY PEOPLE ARE NOT KEEPING THEMSELF CLEAN THROWING GARBAGES ON ROAD FIRST THE PUBLIC SHOULD GET SOME TRANING PROGRAMEE FROM YOUR END TO KEEP THEMSELF CLEAN THE AREA & SOCIETY & MUST SET THE YOUTH PROGRAMME THAT WE CAN HELP TO BRING FROM EVERY FAMILY MEMBER TO GROW SOME PLANTATION PROGRAMME & SOME DO IT COMPULSORY FOR THIS.

My city should have the smartest classrooms for our children. My city should be the smartest in providing internal security. My city should have inbuilt escalator ramps for trouble free commutation of the differently abled. My city should be smart enough to grow with value addition to the pristine beauty of mighty Siang. My city should be a centre of trading for farmers who cultivate organic products. My city should provide shelter and solace to the aged.
