We bring to you this wonderful news that our city-Pasighat has been selected under 23 fast track cities by Govt. of India and we need to submit the revised plan by 15th April 2016. As we know that we worked very hard in our previous attempt however unfortunately we missed coming in the first 20 list of cities and finished at 39th rank - missing by just 3 points. Let us take this as a positive feedback that we were very close to winning it and were far ahead of many other big cities.

Looking ahead, we need to work on the gaps identified by Govt. of India to revamp the proposal. One of the key weaknesses identified is SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threat) analysis. Here, specifically, Weakness and Threat needs to be more elaborate. We have uploaded a discussion page on mygov portal about this aspect of proposal and need support of people of Pasighat to come up in big numbers and contribute towards this discussion. Let’s brace up for this challenge and work with renewed and reinvigorated spirit in the direction of making Pasighat a smart city.

During vacation when only few staffs are there in the campus I find boys and girls sitting behind my house. Though I have fitted a light on the back of my house still it is not enough. Sometimes they also drink alcohol at night and through stones on staff quarters. So make every look and corner of the campus.

Traditional mode of governance is robust in the area and in sync with mainstream governance. This will certainly contribute to smooth transition from a normal city to Smart city in future.

According to me the topic Skilled manpower shortage in India is absolutely true. But coming to the fact that why the skilled manpower is declining, we can answer the way of government, the attitude of people, selfishness of youth and corruption. We have many of talented but they don't have any facility to do work so properly. They are not satisfied with the way of government then how can they serve for the country.

Well looking at the scenario we can say Pasighat never lacked the skill labor, it always lacked in giving opportunity to the people, looking at the scenario going any where in the world we always find the Indian are prefer 1st when it comes with thinking practically with comfort. Yeah definitely there is lot of poverty and illiteracy so the number of man power look less.

Pollution is the most effect able environmental destruction. There are many kinds of pollution such as air pollution, water pollution, noise pollution and space junk. We can decrease the all kinds of pollution by planting more and more trees. So, we should not do any kind of pollution and we should plant more and more trees.
