Pasighat Municipal Council is in its infancy being only about 3 years old. However it is great opportunity for it to observe and adopt the best revenue generation system and practices across the globe.

The land of Adis as a tourist destination with its unique trough like features surrounded by hills, a place where the mighty Siang river emerges from the foothills and the Green plains cover most of the land, where one finds waterfall in the North and lush green Tea gardens in the South.

Employable skilled manpower may only be developed if there are adequate employment avenues. Smart city project suggests that opportunities will come up during and after the smart city project activities.

Today E-Waste is also a great threat. The environmental effects can be horrific. Most electronic waste goes through a recycling system called a WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment), which recycles 95-98% of E-Waste. Bio-Toilets may be provided where toilets constructed in slum areas cannot be connected to drain lines. Rating may be done for all wards of Pasighat every year to promote competition among them on green and clean.

The emphasis should be give to weaknesses and threats as mentioned by the M.E.O in the programme, while the new proposal is under consideration. Projects such as drinking water projects, Agro based markets, tourism infrastructure development, proper housing, health care services, public transportation, flood protection and disaster management should be taken into account.

There is no shortage of skilled manpower in Pasighat. The only thing is most of the Indians are lazy and easy going people. The Indians go after % of marks in subjects in getting a job. So it is not good to underestimate the others who don't come up to the criteria specified. They may be more skilled. Most of the IT people are after salary hike. They are not looking at the job satisfaction.

The matter relating to retrofitting, most desired area or sector is the present main market. It will look fresh if faces are modified and the surroundings are beautified including streets.
