When anyone approaches the officers for some work, corrupt officers get a chance to demand money for work. Though Officers here are not like Assam or Delhi, still some of they do ask for money for getting work done.

Yes, in Pasighat Market rain water has no passage. A drainage system has to be implemented which should last at least for 100 years. Proper planning will be need. Also the sewage should not be dropped in river or some of the perennial water sources

Lack of community/ toilet have been started in the SWOT as a weakness . However it must be mentioned that Pasighat is free from open defecation . And the city is limited is size as well as population .

Pasighat Market during rainy season is just a lake where mosquitoes along with many water born diseases flourish. So the drainage system has to be considered as one the important factor with 1st priority.

I want to share a very important issue please read it.
This issue is related to cleaning of drains. Every year government passes money for delisting of drains but problem is not solved that is as same as rain comes every year and flooded condition occur. This can be solved by using machines but in the modern scenario that work is done by labor which is not good for their health

Urban infrastructures like road and drainage need improvement. Smart city project should prioritise these basic things along with pan city activities.
