Government Quarters for Group A,B,C officer should be constructed separately like flat system so that less space is required for the construction. For this purpose the Govt. Quarters sparsely scattered can be dismantle for the purpose. Since Govt. Land is limited the space available (Govt. Quarters) should be use for other development activities. There should not be further land allotment in the township area as govt. Land is limited for development activities.

E-governance in the proposal of Smart City has been incorporated with Smart City proposal only after consultation with the Citizen of Pasighat. During that period only the People of Pasighat had decided to have e-governance in our proposal

I am very thankful, as the programme was informative and aired in the local dialect- Adi. This has helped the common people, especially the elderly ones to comprehend the concept of SCP, pasighat.more and more Awareness programmes should be given emphasis. The efforts of the officials and officials for the SCP are highly laudable again. Shows like Nukkads, public announcements should be encouraged to invite public participation.

For e-governance we will have to provide public with free WIFI at least for the tasks that can be done on the e-governance portal of Pasighat. Not everyone can afford 3G or 4G services

. As the city Pasighat is under the project to become a smart city. Our view including it is that if Pasighat is projected to become a smart city then first it had to solve the problem of electricity because in Pasighat there is very rare electricity has been provided, the city doesn’t even get some time light for two-three days. If the problem of electricity is solved then it would be the first step taking to become a smart city.

Our Pasighat being a least populated city across the country will give us an extra edge over execution of city planning which has vast areas for its expansion too from all four directions. But our people will have to coordinate in all front to make the execution of planning’s successful by means of not putting hurdles in ceding lands etc. as for every development to take place, one will have to compromise with lands for widening of road/construction of drainage and other modern day facilities

Radio programmes may discuss various topics on different days in a sequence. Constant broadcast of programmes will attract the attention of the general public and their valuable views.

Youth power can drive our county to new heights. For that only school or college education will not be enough. We will need skill centres to develop specific skills like china. We have got work force. How skilled they are we, and then only we can make changes. Our markets are flooded with Chinese goods, why not MAKE IN INDIA.

According to my is view all Indian have the spirit of manpower but there is lack of opportunities, support, scope. In every great work there should must be a name of Indian then how we can say that Pasighat have lack of manpower. If we see the actual deficiency, then only actual support and encouragement otherwise Indian will rock everywhere like others.

My city should have the smartest classrooms for our children. My city should be the smartest in providing internal security. My city should have inbuilt escalator ramps for trouble free commutation of the differently able. My city should be smart enough to grow with value addition to the pristine beauty of mighty Siang. My city should be a centre of trading for farmers who cultivate organic products. My city should provide shelter and solace to the aged. My city should be green.
