There is high Alcohol, tobacco and drug consumption among the masses and especially the younger generation. This not only affects the health of the individual but may also crate law and order problem. The younger generation is the future of the nation and they need to be protected from these bad habits.

Proper town planning , arrangements of hydro-electricity,spaciouse lands for establishment like roads,water supply,education,provision of employments to young generation,availability of all required facilities,spaciouse lands for disposing garbages etc.establishment of proper medical facilities.broading of roads for which we need lands and avoid accidents.proper town planning for every official establishment like education,medical,agricultural product and solution of unemployment problems

Most of the problem about pasighat people is they know so many thing, they also have sources to do that thing. But because of the poor technologies and their ignorance on the project which they had taken. If this thing will not on the pasighat people mind, then Pasighat would be more than a smart city to call, or we can say that Pasighat should be the great smart city of the India.

, I think ppls participation is the most important aspect. You may built something great up, but who will maintain it. Community cleaning drive and road ethics and littering ethics is important. If a community decides they wont litter or they would split up garden waste from recyclable, it would make a cleaner city. To start with fine imposition for litter could be a way. here "get well soon" kind of treatment with the offender can be another line of vigilance.

The main aim of Smart City is to ensure the basic infrastructures such as drinking water and increase the green cover in cities by developing parks,public transport.The infrastructure are:-water and electricity supply,sanitation and solid waste management,IT connectivity,E-governance and citizen participation,security and salty of citizens,smart solutions are the public information,electronical services,citizens engagement.
