sir the tempo has missed in swachbharath all over India,no celebrity hasn"t continue your chain link,i think all state governments should get swachbharat awards,funds if they perform well.It is the main activity of state governments,try to involve all states and give them encouragement.follow up program should be need in every month by Prime minister sir.And one more important point M.P"s should allot their MP"S funds towards this,and MGRY funds also divert to this purpose.use lavatorie proper.

sir, why don't the government pass a GO that every shop or house residing across the road should have there own dustbins put in front, so that any waste can be thrown in that. Impose the fine(more than a dustbin cost) if they did not listen. finally PRIVATIZE the waste management.govt says it is paying for that,but in fact every month i am paying 60rs and my friend from top floor pays 80rs to the garbage collecting guy.I hope same with all my fellow urbun families.

We can only achieve Swachh Bharat, if each and every individual appreciates cleanliness and gets disturbed if someone carelessly drops even a small bit of paper in public places. It is good that people are coming forward to clean their streets / public places. However once it is cleaned, it has to be like that forever and I would request everyone to dump dirt or garbage at the designated bins. Please be a responsible citizen by not throwing things either on the streets or in the street corner.

जहाँ तक शहरी और ग्रामीण दोनो जगह के लिए अलग - अलग ववस्था का सम्बन्ध है तो ये सही है की दोना जगह के परिवेश में अंतर है इस लिए अलग- अलग नीति होनी चाहिये। लेकिन इस अभियान के सफलता के लिए सबसे जरुरी बात ये है की बस,ट्रेन,रेलवे स्टेशन,बस अड्डा,मंदिर ऐसे जगहों पर कूड़ादान उपलब्ध हो। क्योंकि जो इस अभियान को सफल बनाना चाहते है उनके सामने ये समस्या आती है की कूड़ादान नहीं होता है ऐसे जगहों पर जिससे उनको मजबूरन कूड़े को यत्र -तत्र फेंकना पड़ता है।

On Nizamudin Bridge, is a notice board saying people should not throw things in Yamuna river but just adjacent to it, people throw things thru a big hole. We Indians want to throw old calendars with god pix, flowers, hawan remains and all such things in a flowing river. So at specific designated places, like this one, people can be asked to throw things and in river below we can have a grilled area, from where such things can be retrieved at regular intervals.

We can start a pilot project on this to go with cigarets, Ghutka, pan masala, mineral water bottles and cold drink pet bottles and tin sales. based on its success, horizon of products can then be increased. By this over a generation our habits relating to throwing things around would change and streets would automatically get clean. Government too would get some cash flow in the form of deposits from the consumer which would be returned to them back.

Well government can collect deposit on these products from the consumers when they buy it just like sales tax and refund it back when they return the wrappers/bottles/bags back to the collection center. It would be a headache of the companies to collect the deposit as a part of the product's price. This way almost everyone will start cleaning the streets for money which they themselves have paid. Government would then have to device a framework to utilize the waste for recycling.

A very attractive way to keep our nation clean is to start pay for disposing correctly approach. Government would have collection centers which would pay the consumers for returning the waste of the products they bought. Maximum of the dirt which has aroused in India in last 30 years is because of plastic, it could be ghutka/chocolate wrapers or softdrind/mineral water bottles or simply plastic bags.
