I am an agriculture graduate and after spending 20 years in sales and marketing of fertilizers, seeds and pesticides, joined Solid Waste Management(SWM) industry. I was asked to sale compost and other recycled items like RDF, Scraps etc. Initially I had lot of hope for my career growth but finally I concluded in a big loss by way of non payment of salary by my employers. Can any body from Government check the status of all closed SWM Plants and its emplyoees

i think animals on roads like dogs,cows,etc. should be sent to suitable places as thay are a big cause of the dirtiness in the localities..also sometimes they result in road accidents too..AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES SHOULD BE STRICTLY CHECKED UPON BY THE STATE OFFICIALS AND BE PUNISHED IF FOUND IGNORING THEIR DUTY.

On one hand the Govt is trying to promote Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, on the other state Level officers at Distt Panchayat Directorate UP are looking forward to engage companies as big as with 600 Lakh turnover for the simple work of IEC for sanitation. It should be mandatory for these officers to attend training programs to comprehend their work and they should be trained to follow decentralized mode of working, with appropriate technical support which they should be able to find.
