How can we achieve clean India, when there is not even a single dustbin around for a km, litter bins should be provided at-least for every 300m, especially in Urban.

1. Cities should have enough public toilets. 2. People should be educated about segregating wastes and recycling. 3. Use bio gas plants in hotel and food industries to make use of food waste 4. Production of affordable and portable waste processing units that can recycle kitchen waste.

Can the government encourage or take these 3 steps? - Ensure dustbins in each street for every 400 meters - Make garbage a valuable resource - how? - Encourage with massive incentives for private sector for garbage collection, segregation and recycling to new products - Encourage garbage export - like scrap paper and metal - Countries like China will buy to recycle them into new products

when will 'swachch kendra sarkar' mission will start. despite 9 months of bjp government, work culture in all central ministries has not changed, so far as conduct of higher officers like secretary, special/additional/joint secretaries are concerned. ministers in bjp govt may be less or nil corrupt but when honble PM will initiate changes in central secretariat office procedure manual which is breeding litigation on public money, zero-accountability, bribery, corruption in higher officer

APP should be developed where user can upload photos/messages alongwith location regarding cleanliness issues which directly go to concerned authority. This will help authorities to do the needful and plan properly.

Swachh bharat is a reality only when the people are taking the cleanliness to the hearts and executing it. of course there is one way we can make the country clean. i have a weird idea. that is to register every piece of land and even every portion of roads to the adjacent housing areas so that they feel responsible when it is their property.

My humble suggestions on how to make swach bharat – a peoples’ movement Hearty congratulations. Respected sir,Swach bharat is in accordance with all 'the Laws of nature’. There are man made laws & the laws of nature. Innumerable are the laws of nature. Those who practice meditation can understand some of the laws of nature, depending on their level of consciousnes.more...in attachment.
