Urban cleanliness - Need more dustbins ---------------------------------- I live and commute in Noida/Delhi. For some reasons (security?) there is utter lack of dustbins in the city. If you de-board a metro and want to throw an empty bottle of mineral water you will have a hard time finding a bin to throw it in. Same scenario in several locations across the city. It would help if we could push for more dustbins the way we're pushing for more toilets.

Yesterday our respected PM tasted Parliament Canteen food, and paid 29 rupees for meal, it is good but how our law makers can justify the subsidized food in parliament canteen, who are poor there to give subsidy food, people of India will be very happy if they remove subsidized food in canteen, or serve it completely free to all our MP's and others.

Home Skills class needs to be implemented in schools: 1. Do not throw garbage outside a car/train/bus. 2. Always throw garbage in a garbage bin. 3. Cant find a bin carry a small bag on you at all times. 4. If you see someone throwing garbage say something.(A Knock on their car window). Don't fight. 5. Incentives should be given to cops to catch people throwing garbage. While I travel in India I see sewers, open drains, garbage on the side of roads with cows and pigs eating through it.

Volunteers from NSS NCC should be given duty to keep a check on citizens in public place who are littering & make caution them then & there at the spot.

Sir it was great step to make it compulsory to have toilets in house to be sarpanch I and my friends are doing all possible things at our level to help you. Thank you very much sir for uplifting such issues .We except a lot from you and wish you all the best
