In cities many migrants as well as locals do start business on roads for selling street food. Well I must say it is so illegal the local Municipal Corporation and some police officials do take bribe from them just to let them carry on their business for no cost of land. I dislike it and I think the solution can be brought up by the Municipal Corporation installing Stalls and giving them officially on rent. This could help clearing the mess also revenue will be generated. Thanks

Though government is going gung-ho over Swach Bharat abhiyan, the people are not taking it seriously and with this attitude, India will not be litter free by 2019. Because the people will not start keeping the country by themselves, an enforcement of some fine mechanism is the need of the day. Government can reserve some police office as 'Swachhta Officer' and make sure that they enforce the cleanliness to the citizens. Only by showing photos and videos, the country will not be that clean.
