sir, Iam already put in some suggested for implementation for Indian railway. Main important things along security in passenger including National long running trains. Avoid beggers strictly&in reserved trains important stations including modern security syatem like cctv connected with RPF control rooms. It will be very safe for passengers and also trains.Second muat use modern technology like air "black box"and find each and every singal points. It will be more security in our trains.

For public safety & security (at mail/ express trains): better to increase the number (of single train); better to announce (the name of stations & etc.); better to arrange free "
WiFi" (in each & every trains).

Please create one toll free contact number for emergency and security for passengers. So that every passenger will contact and get help from railway staff.

It is absolutely necessary to provide spectrum to Indian Railways for Public safety and security. A bandwidth from that spectrum may be allotted to the passengers through WiFi at a reasonable price for customer satisfaction.
