Sir already in telecom sector is in worst ever condition. Instead of alloying the the spectrum to railways, it is better to allot to BSNL. It is helpful to BSNL n for its revenue improvement.

Indian Railways is 5 biggest rail network in the world with 1.3 million employees and it is a massive task to streamline its operations .which includes powerful workers' unions It has become a centralised organisation with hierarchical decisionmaking. As a result, even simple decisions take years to resolve. Operating ratios are likely to get worse as costs pile up, including money for the 7th Pay Commission recommendations is nearly Rs 28,000 crore this year to retirees and serving employee

Allotment of spectrum to Indian railways for safety purposes may seem a bit sensible but, there are many other major issues like cleanliness and hygiene in the railway. safety of the passengers and their belongings is yet another problem. however the above mentioned issues must be given prime consideration than the allotment of the spectrum.
