Can India conduct competition for all the states for every sector and award them accordingly. The state which scores more gets more from central gov. Well its sounds childish but, trust me this way we can grow faster.

We have abundance of bamboo in our country. We need to manufacture fibre from it in india. Handloom products can be made from its yarn. It will provide a long term solution our organic farming needs as bamboo will be grown as a crop and help in making us a global player in bamboo textiles with benefit of providing increased employment to the handloom sector in rural areas. Currently we are making garment from bamboo fabric (naturefabstore.com). We want to involve the handloom weavers in this
