to devolope a strong and vibrant handloom sector it is necessary to learn from china model of mass production of finished goods. For this productivity of all workers in textile industry should increase. This can be done by introducing textile related course in mainstream syllabus in universities.there are such subject already include by govt in some colleges but this is mostly not known by people so it is important to do advertisement of it on tv,newspaper, radio, internet on large scale .

This are my vision to build a strong & vibrant handloom sector. Govt should create a official portal (eTEX) like eNAM, to help the weavers by offer them to sale their handloom products across all over India as well as in the world . Govt should support and encourage the weavers by offer them special previleges and give rights to fix their own products price. Thank You Jaihind.

Sir,
The govt. must take hand looms very seriously and every actor and actress must support it, the main reason is that there is a myth that hand looms are costly. that must be broken and every shopping mall must have hand looms section separably and discounts must be given. we are Indians sir, we bargain in petrol bunks too. the first and foremost that we must stop showing sympathy on farmers. and start supporting them!!!

to develop a strong and vibrant handloom sector we should also focus on increasing domestic production of cotton and jute by increasing subsidies on fertilizers, chemicals, pesticides, herbicides used in agriculture of fibers. Most important there should increase in minimum support price of fibers which can promote the farmers to grow all this more.

Sir,
The Government should create an Android/iOS Application like Myntra where The weavers can sell their products with suitable price under government surveillance....Raw materials can be available to the weavers through that App..
Our weavers also try to make their Handloom designs based on morden designs n styles...

We can say that our India is the home to the hand made fabric. But we can see that handloom has lost it's name due to the cheap machine made cloth. Our sarkar need to take significant steps to follow velop this sectir. Firstly people should encouraged to take up activities and government should provide appropriate infrastructure. Along with this improved technologies should be continuously evolved.
