सबसे सर्वप्रथम हम सरकार द्वारा एक हाथ करधा इंडस्ट्री स्थापित करना होगा। और इस इंडस्ट्री में हमें भारतीय युवा फैशन डिजाइनिंग की मदद से हम भारतीय हाथ करधा वर्कर्स को साथ लाकर हम उन सभी को इस इंडस्ट्री लाइजेशन में सम्मिलित कर सकते हैं। सबसे पहले हमें बड़े-बड़े शहरों में शोरूम खोलना होगा जिसमें भारतीय बड़े से बने चीजें हो। जैसे लेडीस कुर्ता हो या फिर जेंट्स शट हो। और हमें अपने हाथ करधा वर्कर्स को ट्रेन करना होगा। इसी तरह हम इंटरनेशनल मार्केट में भी अपनी जगह बना सकते हैं। अंग्रेजों को भी हम आकर्षित क

जैसे कि हम देखते हैं कि भारत में सब लोग हमारे भारत के सेलिब्रिटी कलाकार उन लोगों को बड़ा पसंद करते हैं और उनके पहनावे से आकर्षित होकर पहनावा अपनाते भी है सर्वप्रथम सरकार को कलाकारों कीमदद लेना चाहिए कि वह लोग हमारे भारत के हाथ से बने कपड़े जैसे कि लेडीस कुर्ता ,या फिर जेंट्स शर्ट हो ऐसी कई चीजें खादी या फिर भारतीय कॉटन कपड़ा हो इन सब चीजों का एडवरटाइजमेंट और हमारे मॉडल कई बड़े-बड़े शोज में अगर इन सब चीजों का इस्तेमाल करें तो मैं मानता हूं की भारत की इस बहुत सुंदर कला को हम नए युवाओं से जोड़ सकते

I believe the main reason for handlooms failing is the mediators. people who are skillful are making these products and the mediators are making way more money than the weavers.
When it is coming to end customer, he is also paying lot more koney than the actual worth of product.
if government can remove these mediators or have some rules like weaver should atleast get half the money of the entire sale etc to make sure weavers get their fair share of the money, I think it will encourage them.
