Govt of India could create and promote a web portal and an app to sell handloom products. Linking them with the world of e-commerce could create wonders.

1. Improvise higher tax for handloom products.
2. Make raw material availability high in volume & low in price.
3. Save & invest back the tax amount direct to manufacturers on equality basis.
4. Conduct free programs on handloom products.
5. Improvise Higher taxes for products other than handloom with no other changes.
Note ;- increasing tax amount & reducing raw material cost should not affect current sales price.
