Many foreign Companies like Levi's, Adidas, Wrangler, etc. outsourced their work to Indian industries who make clothes and they posted their logo on those apparels and selling it at very huge cost and weavers doesn't get the right price for their quality work , due to which a common man unable buy a good quality Indian product which is actually in it's range.I want to request that it should be done upto a limit so that the weavers can produce and sell more .
Thank you !

I remember having handloom weaving classes as work experience classes in high school while I was a student at NSSKPTHS, Ottappalam, Palakkad district., Kerala . Don't know whether they still have it. We should be having such curriculum at School level will give exposure to students and they know the real worth of the product.

By helping the weavers and the karigars and make the common people aware, especially the young generation, of the 2,000-year-old rich history and heritage of handlooms. So the next time they go shopping, they might try out a handloom product, and once they experience the comfort of a natural fibre, they might become regular customers.
With fashion designers stepping in with their ideas handloom weavers will start experimenting , so that new designs, colors and mix and match yarns.
