We can do lots of thing to improve our handloom sector.
1. Female worker should be added as much as possible. They will work in very reasonable price and they will get chance to work.
2. Minimum margin should be added so that first we will capture the whole market.
3. A logo should be used to fnd that it is made by india.
4. Quality should be best.
5. Online selling of handloom should start.
6. Courier partner should be indian post so that they will also got job.

There must be a hand woven sweaters/Warmers built with top quality wool. Ladies in Upper HImachal pradesh are well aware of making these.
With some standard sizes (S,M,L,XL) and standard Colors it would be a big hit.
Branding must be (Incredible India) instead of made in India.
Every Worker must get about 2k to 4K (depending on size) or even more as it would be mostly hand woven (like Swiss watches)
Send them all throughout the world and they will know what is made in India

RE: Quality: ...I had noticed, that people are still to learn, how to care for their fabrics.
The MoT needs to partner with "StaySoft" and other fabric softening companies, to should people that if one uses these products when washing, then clothes last longer. Some Laundry places need some assistance.
This will help to achieve higher quality.... because now we caring for the fabric. Therefore, perception will be also improved.
Thank you.
