श्रीमान हर एक चीज़ श्रेष्ट और भारत के विकास के लिए जरूरी हैं , हमे हथकरघा व्यवसाय और उसकी बेहतर तकनीक पर काम करना चाहिए , हमें इनको बेहतर बनाने किये हर तरह के प्रयत्न करने चाहिए इस कार्य को करने के लिए अधिक से अधिक लोगों को जोड़ना चाहिए ताकि लोगों को काम मिल सके हर हम बेहतर चीज़े बनाकर सस्ते से सस्ते दाम पर हमारे देश के साथ विदेशी मुद्रा का अर्जन भी कर सके |भारत के नागरिक के अच्छे भविष्य के लिए हमें हर क्षेत्र में अधिक से अधिक बेहतर काम करने चाहिए |

Scio Cultural:
1. Poor coordination among the existing artisan community
2. Prevalent social problems like seasonal unemployment, poor health, low literacy rate, poor housing conditions mostly kuchha house.
3. Deterioration of traditional knowledge and skills
4. Low transfer of knowledge from old artisan to youths to take up the traditional occupation.

सर्वप्रथम, हथकरघा एक ऐसा क्षेत्र है जिससे वर्तमान समय में बहुत से लोग जुड़े हैं तथा इसे अपने आर्थिक समस्याओं का निपटारा करने में सक्षम हो पा रहे हैंं और इस रोजगार से सभी क्षेत्र में जैसे-शिक्षा, विकास, लालन-पालन,और अपनी महत्वपूर्ण जरुरतों की पूर्ति कर पाने में सक्षम हो रहे हैं। हथकरघा में लगे सभी जन इतनी कड़ी मेहनत के साथ काम करते हैं,जो अब हमारे देश भारत के साथ-साथ विदेशों में भी इसकी माँग बढ़ गयी है, लोग यहां की संस्कृति तथा सभ्यता को जानने तथा उसे अपनाने की ओर अग्रसर होते दिखाई दे रहे हैं।
