Sir, now for the last many years our Jawans and in the armed/paramilitary forces are doing their best to protect the country but while doing so a soldier puts 40 kg weight including life saving jackets and due to hectic patrolling in hilly areas and hot desert areas posting requires at least 24 hrs rest as before 80s our soldiers were not having this load with stress and strain so there must be increase in the recruitment and this will also help to provide leave to the soldiers at any time.

Sir, Today it is unfortunate that we have lost commanding officer and Major etc. including police officer while saving the life of people who were kept hostage. it is sorry to say that to become a Col. at least 20 years of service is required and young officers have prospectus of becoming Brg.& above so Govt. should chalk out a policy that while dealing such counters suffers no casualty and avoid direct face to face fight and adopt other means to get success in the operation.

Sir, With effect from 04-05-2020 most of the states have given relaxation to open shops including wine shops and allowed business 7 am to 7 pm which is too long it should be 7 to 2 pm and also it be on shift basis in alternative days to give chance other persons like photostat and cybercafes and are those who are left out in green and yellow zones. this will maintain the decorum of lock down and everybody will be benefited on alternative mode base work to avoid rush to decrease community spread.

The government may make policies for the good of country. But the policies have to be implemented by officers at ground level. What shall make them interested in doing hard work when they are going to get full salary without doing any work at all

Sir, There are some reports that elderly persons particularly in rural areas and on the higher reaches where there is no road or mode to help such persons are suffering from starvation in survey across India help aged also pointed out that social distancing is isolating the already vulnerable elderly who are facing maximum stigma being at a risk of COVID-19 death. So such elderly persons shall be encouraged with food & help.Though govt. is doing best but feasibility to reach them is a problem.
