I would like to address the issue of pavements. Pavements are meant for pedestrians. But currently they are either taken over by cars for parking or by squatters , road side vendors . The average citizen is a middle income person paying taxes that help maintain the city. If the tax paying pedestrian is sidelined and people who use the pavement for private purposes are allowed to do so then it is unfair and unjust. All pavements should be cleared of cars, squatters and vendors ASAP.

I think Metro stations, major tourist hotspots, cultural and diplomatic centres are some of the places that require Wi-Fi presently.

I have been writing on several issues. I would like to have some response on them. It's no point addressing problems along with possible solutions if no one is reading or taking cognisance of them. I await a response by mail.. sonalibhagwati@spazzio.com

There is a serious traffic problem in and around GK 2 and Savitri cinema. This needs to be looked at in a comprehensive manner. UTIPEC needs to review this and come up with solutions which can be shared with DUAC followed by the RWA. There are feasible solutions but they involve issues beyond just traffic management. They pertain to road design and engineering, traffic management and routing, illegal parking and encroachments. This needs immediate attention.
