Satna has been shortlisted as an aspirant in the smart cities challenge by Ministry of Urban Development. The Municipal Corporation is preparing a Smart City Proposal (SCP) that will include smart city solutions and an outline of the consultations held with the city residents and other stakeholders. Municipal Corporation of Satna hereby invites suggestions from citizens of Satna for making ‘Satna a smart city’.

The residents may post their views pertaining to the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Satna City.

The last date to submit your suggestions/ comments is 30th October, 2015.

सीमेंट फैक्ट्रीज में आईटीआई बन्दों की जरूरत है , एजुकेशन पर इस सेक्टर पर ध्यान देना सही फैसला साबित हो सकता है

I think for any smart city energy is a big concern.Since now a lot of new buildings would come up, I feel most of those buildings should have solar panels installed to make the city energy sufficient or maybe even surplus.Moreover Led bulbs could be used.

Unfortunately I do not know much about this city, but if it is same as any other Indian city, it probably does not have names for most of its streets. I propose that all streets, big or small, should be named. The names of the streets can be auctioned with the successful bidder allowed to suggest names which are not derogatory, are easy to pronounce and unique to that particular area.

#Satna, #SmartCity, #MyGov भविष्य में सतना में श्वास से सम्बंधित बीमारी का सबसे ज्यादा खतरा है , क्योकि सीमेंट की डस्ट पूरे शहर के पास बिरला सीमेंट , प्रिज्म सीमेंट , k j s सीमेंट मैहर में , रिलायंस सीमेंट इन सभी की डस्ट उडती रहती है , ज्यादा संख्या में सीमेंट फैक्ट्रीज द्वारा पेड़ पोधे लगाना जरूरी है ,

सतना शहर में सीमेंट फैक्ट्रीज ज्यादा होने की वजह से प्रदुषण काफी ज्यादा बढ़ चूका है और ज्यादा बढ़ता जा रहा है , इस बारे में गम्भीरता से विचार करना जरूरी है , रिंग रोड बनाना जरूरी है जिससे चित्रकूट रोड २४ घंटे चालू रहे , ट्रैफिक , पार्किंग , फ़ूड सेफ्टी , ह्यूमन डेवलपमेंट ज्यादा जरूरी है ,

मोबाइल व्यक्ति का सबसे बड़ा , तेज अकाउंटेंट , टैक्स कलेक्टर , अकाउंटेंट मेनेजर , टास्क मेनेजर , रिकॉर्ड कीपर साबित हो सकता है – मोबाइल के द्वारा व्यक्ति घंटो से मिनटों में कर लेता है यदि इस नंबर को सभी सम्बंधित पंजीकृत नंबर से कनेक्टेड कर दिया जाये तो मैन्युअल रिकॉर्ड रखने की समस्या ख़त्म हो जाएगी और मोबाइल नंबर कोई भी व्यक्ति जल्दी बदल न सके | ज्यादातर क्राइम मोबाइल नंबर या सिम की बुनियाद पर ही किये जा रहे है |

इलेक्ट्रिक व्हीकल का ज्यादा उपयोग और सब्सिडी भी – शहर में इ व्हीकल , गाड़ी के उपयोग पर ज्यादा जोर देना चाहिए साथ ही निश्चित दूरी पर चार्जिंग पॉइंट बनाना चाहिए इससे प्रदुषण की समस्या बहुत कम हो जाएगी , सभी लोग ५-६ किलोमीटर की दूरी तय करने के लिए बार बार अपनी मोटर साइकिल या स्कूटर निकलते है | इससे प्रदुषण मुक्त वाहनों का चलन बढेगा |

हर वार्ड में एक संस्था ओवरआल परफॉरमेंस वाचिंग का कम करे – हर वार्ड में लाइब्ररी, शौचालय , गार्डन, ड्रग एडिक्शन सेंटर , स्कूल , कॉलेज , खेल मैदान , हेल्प सेंटर , चाइल्ड लाइन , महिला सुरक्षा समिति , रोजगार सुचना , कचरा संग्रह संस्था , होना जरूरी है |

डंपिंग ग्राउंड और लैंडफिल साईट को ट्रीटमेंट के लिए अलग से संस्था बने जाये – शहर के बीच में डंपिंग ग्राउंड गंदे जलाशय , खुले हुए नाले , जंगली घास से भरे प्लाट यदि वह प्राइवेट हैं तो उसके मालिक पर पेनल्टी लगे जाये , डंपिंग ग्राउंड में डेली कितना ट्रीटमेंट किया इसका ब्यौरा प्रतिदिन बताया जाये जिससे घपला या गड़बड़ी की गुजाईश न रहे |
