let there be study meetings in villages panchayats to decide and plan a day in every week suitable to every one flexibly and those who need to learn letters and words participate. The groups and teams should be interactive and be formed on the basis of age groups. Let them set target to achieve literacy within planned time.

For this we have to improve education quality it means to empower people we have to focus on practical learning than only theoretical learning and to make this happen promote our government's skill development programme. The most important aspect for a marginalised youth is he needs money so he is away from the path of literacy..he or she should be given a income source and he should be counselled so that he understands the importance of literacy. The govt is stressing on Earn and Learn schemes which must be structured;not just for any task,instead focus should be by doing a SWOT analysis of the person's interest and he should be guided accordingly.. so that he would be doing jobs which he reallu likes.

The students who perform with flying colors should be sponsored into govt run mainstream schools, on a over and above normal quota of admissions strictly restricted for such deserving students from marginalised background.
