Problem is not on upper level because at that level student can sustain himself.......problem is only at lower level of education.......means class 1 to 10.......several reforms yet to be taken for engaging more childrens i think, 1.teacher personally go to village or locality to point the no of students then arrange a meeting to all those who is in data....2......teaching is lucrative job if not yet make it soon.....3....teacher teach students via animation for making it interest

Provide free education to each one or on nominal charges upto graduation level and make thm equipped with a skill...and thn wen it comes to competetive exams discontinue the reservation and leave it to the knowledge of an individual to compete with each other and show its competency. This will not only bring the best product out but will give fair chance to evryone. In this way we can not only get good quality but also will uncrease the literacy rate.
