तुलसी का पौधा, छोटा हो या बड़ा, पूज्य ही होता है प्रभु। बरगद, चाहे कितना भी विशाल क्यों न हो जाय, आंगन में नहीं लगाया जाता। नीम में चाहे कितने भी गुण क्यों न हो जायें, पूज्य नहीं हो जाते?

भारत सरकार का उद्देश्य वाक्य भले ही "सत्यमेव जयते" हो, पर कर्म वाक्य "सच्चाई सर्वोपरी" है । और यही हिन्दुओं की पीड़ा को जन्म देने का कारण है।

सत्य का अर्थ होता है तथ्यपरक बातें यानी अकाट्य कथन। जिस बात को असत्य यानी तथ्य रहित सिद्ध किया जा सकता है, यानी आधारहीन बतायी जा सकती है वह सत्य नहीं है। यही कारण है कि सनातनी ऋषियों ने इस संसार को भी मिथ्या यानी असत्य ही कहा है, क्योंकि यह पदार्थमय जगत भी परिवर्तनशील है। जो अपरिवर्तनीय है, वही सत्य है और पूज्य भी है! जो नश्वर है वह पूज्य हो ही नहीं सकता। माता-पिता अनिश्वर हैं, यानी ईश्वर हैं, और परमेश्वर व महामाया प्रकृति ही परम सत्य हैं, परमपिता व माता हैं!

सच्चाई! मुसलमान कुरआन को सच्चा मानते हैं, क्योंकि ऐसा ही बताया जाता है। खुदा को सच्चा मानते हैं क्योंकि ऐसा लिखा हुआ है! यानी अगर किसी उलेमा ने किसी हदीस में कुछ लिख दिया तो वह सच्ची बात हो गयी। फ़िर चाहे वह बात सिरे से ही झूठी क्यों न हो!

(iv) A comprehensive plan be chalked out for bringing the literacy upto maximum on the day's progress ratio and this has to be done by an action group appointed at the grassroot levels with the help of local self govt agencies.The progress may be monitered at certain levels by the retired govt. servants

to improve literacy (i) Every citizen studying in some or other universities be given task of educating few number of Indian people in their localities in the way and manner it is desirable. (ii) Local survey groups be nominated by eminant people of the targeted area and they may be put to analyse , formulate efficacious plan to cover up largest population bringing up rate of literacy in India.

each and every village have a library its make a mandatory provision.. in our india most no of village not a adequte library facility.. shool childrens , trachers etc were depending on town's libraries.
