sir, we should first improve the infrastructure and education standards of the government schools and colleges. we should also standardize the fee structure of all school and colleges(privet and government). you should also ask government employees to send their children to government school which will automatically improve the standards of the institutions. state boards should improve their standards by improving their education quality.
