The core problem in the country's educational culture lies in the inherent stringency in the policies pertinent to the reforms or the policies for the same.factors.In a country where still around 38% of the total population are Below Poverty Line (BPL),one can easily claim that education is of utmost importance. The country needs a great level of expertise when it comes to dealing with this problem and one can never say that India is deprived of such prodigies.

There is a need of strengthen of education policy first. At present there are so many systems are working to deliver the education in all the states. Focused should be on similar pattern on specialized compulsory subjects like math, science, moral education etc.from all the education boards for standardization.Teacher community should be counceled for their performance.Evaluation of performance must be on the result of their students.Promotions should also be linked with perfomance.

The first Thing to improve the literacy among the youth is that the expert trainers are to be undertaken by the governmnent. The best experts faculty are not teaching the students at ground level they go to abroad or tie there knot with big firms.so first of all they have to be placed in the ground level so that they make the students to develop interest in studies. For the best teachers to be recruited the governmnent first increase there payment so that they give there service to rural areas

Respected Mr. Prime Minister, To improve literacy we must see all those points which are effecting education, it could be transport, society, teachers, infrastructure. education is playing a big role in development. but students are suffering sometimes due to health issue, some time money issue. no availability of college in near area, suppose any one can't go away from his/her house for education but there is no college in near area, all these points are explained below....

In uttar pradesh teachers are also illiterate, we have seen videos on youtube. what they will teach to our upcoming generation, what those student will be in future, agar krele ke beez boyenge too aam too nahi milega khane ko, vhi baat hai, and teachers are in large number so they can not be handled from lucknow, bcoz it is too far. so our state capital should be meerut or ghaziabad. there will be more job opportunity if uttar predesh is divided in 4 or 3 parts. it will develop rapidly.

Uttar Pradesh must be divided in 4 parts or 3 parts to develop. without it UP ministers do not have enough brain to handle this large state. or no body cant take care of large state. but we have a ray of hope as our prime minister Mr Modi ji is working, surely they will win in UP in upcoming election they will divide it in 4 parts for development.education will automatically improve.....

Saharanpur district is connected with three state, but all the connected roads are worst and too narrow, while for education students are going out of the district. UP govt is showing partiality with west UP, saharanpur to Ambala road is very busy, students are suffering due to this, as well saharanpur to delhi road is also in worst condition, ministers are travelling through helicopters , they have no idea how common man is living life in Saharanpur.

Slow incremental progress in tackling illiteracy can be a big mistake. Declare a 100% literacy drive spanning 365 days targeting the entire population, not just the youth. In this one year, pull all stops to involve the NGOs, quasi-government bodies, public sector and the local, state and union governments into a concerted push for educating all the illiterate masses. This will also be a test on the determination of India to emerge as a new world force and a nation with a purpose.

our chief ministers are distributing laptops while student who are getting those laptops are selling those laptops in market to get money for food and other need, uttar pradesh govt is playing unfair in state. no development in west UP, don't know why they are not dividing uttar pradesh, at least west uttar pradesh must be seperated. west UP is living without any development while it is the highest tax payer area in whole UP. there will be no development without dividing uttar pradesh.
