MY HONEST REQUEST TO HONOURABLE PM TO STOP HRD MINISTRY WHO IS TRYING TO CRAMP INSTITUTIONAL AUTONOMY OF IIM. IF THE MINISTRY INCREASES POLITICAL INTERFERENCE IN IIM THEN HOW WOULD WE EXPECT BETTER GOVERNMENT FROM YOU?

where are the teachers of yester years ? Encourage teaching profession like the IAS?IFS by giving them the status and change will take time. Most of the teachers today are highly paid by corporate collecting more fee to get good marks rather than knowledge. make it compulsory that basic amenities like internet are provide and more of social discipline is taught in schools. Discourage join in corporate schools. Keep quota for students studying in government schools and colleges. No reservation.

Teach Sanskrit and make it compulsory in early age. Encorage to learn Sanskrit so tthey understand the Vedas and Upanishads atleast till 10th class instead of state language.Present education is question and answer with out knowledge.Government should pay the highest to teachers and create facilities by using internet and abolish donations and follow the USA education system for grading and transparently checking assignments. Degree is based on Knowledge and not on marks scored in exam only.

Aadhaar can serve as the key. The aadhaar database can be extended to record the caste, disabilities, economic status & whether the person is literate or not. From that we can create the focus segment and create voluntary groups to understand various reasons for them to not to pursue education and offer solutions based on that. It may be monetary or providing locomotive vehicles for differently abled or facilitating the transport etc..

To increase the literacy with low cost budget we must deploy the entire retired Army person or any one, who is taking retirement, must teach at list 4 hours to the school student as per their qualification. This should be mandatory.
