In order to improve literacy among marginalised youth it is not only sufficient to iplift them through reservations but to make them realize the real value of education. Education must bring about intelligence of the individual raather than transforming them into self operating robots. In order to weave intelligence qithin individuals awareness is required and awareness arises from meditation which can include music,art,dance,painting anything artistic

To improve the literacy among the youth, it is necessary to aware the important of education.The image of literal unemplyment problem should be resolved. The education should be catagorised as per willing of the youth thought. There is need to stop kota system in education if u want to provide kota so provide it on financial basis. There is wide chage required in out education system for that required best teacher.for the requirement of teacher basis on his best qualification.now a days one reqruitmet pass by the govt for computer teacher where as demand a b.ed. who have done bca & mca can't apply in this exam.so there is no require b.ed .reqruitement must be done on the base of education.basic knowldge of law and the ipc must here in any graduate degree so youth can aware with this.alse requird a watch on teacher.control.

Modi ji, Just identify few marginalised youths & ask them directly, may they will tell their exact requirement & why they marginalised from others. If we found the cause then solution is simple.
