Illiterate youth would prefer bread rather education... So some courses should be designed in a way that a person studies as well learn some livelihood skill... like learning simple things like plumbing, baking, stitching, designing, cooking, makeup, hair styling, computer operations, basic vocational courses like mushroom culture... poultry management... n on graduating well.. government aids to earn from the skill.

Sir, I have conducted Quality Education Survey in certain schools. If opportunity given we can help the teacher to get right attitude for the development of education system.

Our government schools should be world class... It should be Government's reflection... A filthy school... broken walls will not invite any child... Our government schools should be an institution where everyone wants to admit his child whether rich or poor. Smart and passionate teachers should only be placed in SMART SCHOOLS... Apart from it conventional courses need a overhauling... No body is inclined towards them...

Update the education system in such a way that an Eng. Std. can Join Accounts Degrees and Accounts Std. can join Medical, Any Student. from any discipline can join Any Course if he wishes. It is un-fare to restrict someone to learn what he likes the most, just because he didnt scored good mark in 10,12th or in entrance exam. Im a dull student in school days, but i changed a lot in my college days and become one of the top performer. like school for old peoples open college of lateral entries.

Improve the infrastructure and make it reachable to the students (Buying the necessary things and keeping them away from the student is useless). Educate the teachers first. They are grinding the old stuff for a long period. make them align with the current trends and technologies.

1. Change the education system in way it promotes new enter-pruners instead of making them as a employee/labour 2. Update the syllabus to current trends and technologies (plus make the teaches/lecturers align with it, other wise updating the syllabus alone will not help anyone) 3. Make it (education years) shorter. 4. teach them about how to live the life not to survive in the life.

I feel the marks concept has to be removed from primary education. The education must be made free of cost at least until tenth standard. At least for now the fees levied by corporate schools should be controlled. All the children until they come to second standard have to be taught only Moral Science, Good manners and should be taught practically instead of forcing them to write A,B,C,D. Scholarships should be provided for all the UG courses. No caste based reservations at all!!!!!

Our education system is too long and too therotic , a person starts earning onlyu after 16 years of education . A poor class can not afford this long time . Our education should be mixture of theoratics and skill development , a skill which enable a person to be productive in short time

Since independence we have tried many schemes to improve literacy rate in India but we couldn't get the required result. Now I believe we should make it mandatory, a minimum literacy should be mandatory to avail benefits of any govt scheme and required facilities should be given to public for getting education
