Each colleage in each of the towns and cities will have NSS teams. Students must form a team in every city and town, and conduct social welfare camps like blood donation, claening of villages, organising a talk which will have people to come forward, see and listen what these educated students and youth are doing. This will encourage the parents to send their kids to school and colleges. This will not only benefit the local people but will also improve the students leadership attributes.
