first point to understand, why parents are not interested to send their children to school. 2. identify parents problems. 3. counseling parents & Children to make them understand importance of education. 4. Work on ground level. Provide good environment in the school. 5. identify children skill in the early age & give direction in his interest. 6. make the children free from any type of fears,so nobody misguide & take advantage of their. 7. can complaint against higher authority if found guilty.

As we have seen that today our new generation is very much advance, they can operate smartphones and computer from their initial stage. in very short i want to share my views that all our hindi schools and state language school must be convert into english medium. the condition of govt. schools are very much worst, middle class and upper middle class parents did not send their school to govt school, even not a single govt employee goes to govt school. it can change our youth of new generation.

YOUTH a Stage Where There Is a Chance Of Deviation So Much.So In My View-Government Should Adopt IQRR Technique where I means inspiring students, parents and teachers too because jaha chah waha raah,1st Q means quality education this can be given by good mentor only digitized class is not enough,1st R means regular questioning and test should be done,2nd R means rewarding students for further improvement, this will generate curiosity to read and learn.we all know curiosity is mother of invention.

We have to think why its not up. Govt schools lags in 1.quality in infrastructure 2.quality in teaching 3.and parents negligence-especially seen in the lower class. Solutions: 1.Spend on the Infra or involve a rich man in the town/village to donate for school development and give his name to the school. 2.Start building teacher training institutes. And increase the pay package of teachers. 3.free meal policy which would attract parents to send their kids to school.

We have to start '3-D' program for marginal youth literacy. In such program there would be a extensive 3 dimensional counselling of Parents, Students and Teachers. This counselling will create a positive 3 dimensional surrounding in which the marginal society residents will be promoted to give quality education to there children. And along this govt should also provide financial aid and should collaborate with rewound local N.G.O's because this will require a extensive and strong local bond.

Current status of primary education is very very poor. Government is completely ignoring it. Government thinks that by providing infrastructure only we can improve status of education. On the other hand Government is discouraging the good teachers by not paying them what they deserve. (I am referring to fixed pay system in Gujarat, where a teacher is paid fixed sum till first five years.)

to make the children interested we can take the classes in a digital way.we can provide a laptop for each school student and can use it instead of writing in notebook. In the time if exams they can write.in other times they can type and submit their projects in CD or pen drive. Nowadays many of the children are not well in computer knowledge and they do not know how to use it,but this measure will surely enrich their digital knowledge and also their studies
