Youth are the Future of India and this we need to realize them. first thing should be considered the EDUCATION, way of teaching or way of TREATING. of course this is belongs to the curriculum , basically our education system. Why for each child education be in the same way why we are differentiating the education. Government school should also follow the new system and extra curriculum because in the Rural areas still Govt schools are in demand but with no much changes are running.

The government can reach out to freshers of college who are not getting placements and set up a special recruitment and training division for them and place them in schools set up by the government in rural areas closer to their cities towns and another set of people can be chosen from the same bunch to make the curiculum more attractive and more in time with the latest choice. . We can also develop app based educational curriculum and make people register through it and learn.

Lets look at educating them in language skills (read and write), basic math and general awareness. A light non structured method of teaching which makes them literate. Also encourage open examination at various levels say class 5, 8, 10th and 12th which anyone of any age can take to be qualified for various jobs and bring them into the structured fold. I as an educated citizen of the country am happy to contribute by offering my services to teach and spread general awareness in my spare time.

I am not talking about curriculum or regular school. ence What is basically the difference between those who shine, those who fade are the difficulties by the latter in absorbing fundamentals in quick time. My suggestion is to impart interest thro special coaching on week ends on topics, depending upon age/levels, fundamentals in maths, science, accounting, power generation/distribution, manufacturing, IT etc. This has to be a Village Movement

I have seen that the schools made for marginalized youth are ineffective as teachers don't go to class or are.Strictness and corruption free environment is necessary for adequate learning. Also, more opportunities must be given to them to pursue college education such as coaching classes and scholarships. For most of the marginalised youth, the main aim in the mind of parents and students is a job. Therefore opportunities must be made for non graduate youth as well.

Education must be given for the betterment of mankind and not just to talk and speak English...we are lucky that today evry part of the country are having education but my view is that we have to educate a set of people in every district who can carry out agriculture and afforestation issue ....every college should be made compulsory for the students to evolve in either of the social service where we can build a better humanity. EDUCATION FOR SERVING BETTER HUMANITY AMD NOT QUALIFICATION PURPOSE

The one and only thing we must do is to make the education more interesting ,more creative ,more innovative and to make the marginalised youth aware about the harms for being illiterate and the benefits of being a fully educated and literate person and for this the help of society must be taken/sought .
